AI-generated recommendations are based on the information you provide and may not account for all factors relevant to your business. We encourage you to use our insights as a starting point and consult with qualified professionals before making significant business decisions.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any AI-generated content.
5. Intellectual Property
The Scout Intelligence platform, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by Scout Intelligence and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit (assessment responses, company information) and the personalized reports generated from your data.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our written permission.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Scout Intelligence offers both free and paid tiers. If you subscribe to a paid plan:
- You agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scout Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
